Hello and welcome! Let me give you some informatioaboutmmyself. My name is Jennifer Lindsey. I am a 7th grade Reading teacher at Edmonson County Middle School in Brownsville, Kentucky. I have been teaching for 23 years. That doesn’t even seem possible! I have been teaching at Edmonson County Middle School for fourteen years; I taught for nine years at Grayson County High School in Leitchfield, Kentucky. My actual undergraduate major was English and Allied Language Arts, and I also earned my teaching certificate for Grades 7-12. I currently hold a Master’s Degree in Library Media Education and am in the progress of earning my degree in Literacy Education and my certification in Kentucky Computer Technology.
I live in Edmonson County, Kentucky, in the community of Icy Sink and have a wonderful family, whom I greatly cherish, including a husband (Ronnie), one son (Logan), two daughters (Brandi and Katie) and a dog (Snoopy). I also have a beautiful granddaughter named Aria, who has brightened my life beyond compare. She is such a joy and the entire family spoils her horribly. She recently moved with her mother to Boaz, Kentucky, in McCracken County–near Paducah–but my husband and I are able to spend every other weekend with her. We treasure that time. As one can see from my video below, my family is truly my world. Thanks for stopping by!
